What an interesting first quarter it has been for us at KMI. We looked through and examined various aspects of Christian leadership principles through the book of Acts. It is important to note that whether we are a leader or choose to be a follower we are required to continue growing in our spiritual life and our walk with Christ. This in turn leads to the maturity necessary to become effective Christians and evangelizers of the world. Without growth we are stagnate and non-productive, always "stuck on milk" and never desiring the "solid food" that is necessary for our development. It is imperative that we also not neglect our own personal growth in the spiritual walk with Christ. James knew and understood this. He wrote to the Jewish diaspora, challenging them in the hopes of making the Christian walk more effective and more practical for them and us. James is challenging us today. We know how to talk the talk, but can we walk the walk? Pray with us, support us with your thoughts and comments and lets grow together in an exciting and fulfilling Spiritual life!

This is the sermon that I never got to preach at KMI. Actually I made a few reference points from the first part...but it was the Sunday that "I was keeping it real" and so decided against completing the sermon in favor of baring my soul....
